All orders are processed and handed over to our logistics partners within 1 to 3 business days (Monday – Friday), excluding major holidays. You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

2. Estimated Shipping Times
We ship our products directly from our specialized international fulfillment centers to keep pricing competitive. Estimated delivery timelines:
* United States: 7 to 12 business days
* United Kingdom: 6 to 10 business days
* Canada: 8 to 15 business days
* Rest of the World: 10 to 20 business days

Please note that transit times may occasionally experience slight delays during peak holiday seasons or due to local customs clearance.

3. Free Tracked Shipping
We offer Free Standard Tracked Shipping on all orders. Once your package enters your destination country, final delivery is handled by your national postal service (such as USPS in the US, Royal Mail in the UK, or Canada Post in Canada).

4. Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for the tracking status to update on the logistics carrier's portal.

5. Address Corrections & Failed Delivery
Please verify that your shipping address is 100% complete and accurate at checkout. We cannot redirect packages once dispatched. If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, reshipment fees may apply.

6. Customs & Import Duties
Most small pet essentials pass through international customs without extra fees. However, any applicable local customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country remain the customer's responsibility.
